Leadership Team
RAD is led by experienced attorneys with expertise in civil rights, political, and election law litigation, and strong relationships with government leaders.
CEO and Chairman
Jacob William Roth is a litigator with Dhillon Law Group specializing in civil rights, politics and elections, and the First Amendment. Jacob is a member of South Florida’s Jewish legal community and currently represents multiple professors and students in litigation against universities for antisemitic and anti-Israeli discrimination. Jacob is also a leader of Dhillon Law Group’s Second Amendment and firearms industry practice. His work is dedicated to ensuring that all Americans can prosper and raise thriving families in a nation they can be proud of.
He is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Virginia School of Law.

Kurt Schlichter spent 30 years as a Los Angeles trial lawyer. He was personally recruited to write conservative commentary by Andrew Breitbart. He is a senior columnist at Townhall and a conservative media personality with a devoted following on Twitter of 550,000+ followers (@KurtSchlichter). A former stand-up comic, Kurt frequently guest hosts for such national radio talk show hosts as Hugh Hewitt and is a frequent media commentator on Fox, Newsmax, and other outlets. He regularly speaks at CPAC and many other events.
He is the author of more than ten books, including the Regnery non-fiction book We’ll Be Back: The Fall and Rise of America (2022), and his series of best-selling People's Republic conservative action novels. The latest novel, The Attack (2022), reached #1 on several Amazon bestseller lists.
Kurt retired as a United States Army Infantry colonel who served in Desert Storm, Kosovo, and the Los Angeles Riots. He holds a masters of Strategic Studies degree from the United States Army War College.

Justin Turner North is a trial lawyer with Gessler Blue Law in Denver, Colorado. Justin litigates cases in the areas of election, constitutional, and corporate law, and also serves as outside general counsel to several small and medium businesses. Justin’s litigation strategy comes directly from the mission statement of the Marine Corps rifle platoon: “locate, close with, and destroy the enemy.”
Justin enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2003 and served until he was admitted to the United States Naval Academy where he studied political science and played rugby. After graduation, he returned to the Corps as an infantry officer where he served all over the world, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan in 2013. Upon leaving the Marines, Justin attended Notre Dame Law School before moving with his wife to Castle Rock, Colorado.
